Enablement Services Consultant (Palo Alto or Boston)

 

Coradiant’s product offerings are quickly becoming a standard tool for web operations teams worldwide. We have seen tremendous growth in our sector and our existing client base is growing exponentially, quarter by quarter. As a result, we’re expanding our services team to help ensure that our clients are properly trained and able to maximize the use of their Coradiant products once purchased. This is where you come into the picture.

Our Enablement Services Consultant will be called upon as an expert resource that our clients will work with as they deploy our various product offerings. Reporting directly to the Vice President Services, you’ll be working closely with our Customer Service, Client Services staff, Partner teams to deliver specific client requirements. Clients will look forward to working with you onsite because of your expertise in all aspects of web application performance management, and they will continue to request your services as a result of your efficiency, professionalism and ROI.

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can make split-second decisions onsite that will make the difference between a success story and a failure. We need someone who looks forward to interfacing shoulder-to-shoulder with clients whom are amongst the leaders in the corporate website community. You’ll be based out of one of our North American offices, but will be spending most of your time traveling or on-site with our North American and International customer base.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, design, implement and deliver Coradiant Enablement and Professional Services engagements
  • Introduce Coradiant products as they apply to the customers unique needs by creating and delivering detailed services engagements based on an in depth understanding of customer requirements
  • Participate in training and certifying partners with respect to delivering services engagements; “Train the trainer”
  • Maintain close relationships with Customer Services, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams by disseminating business and product input from customers
  • Participate in cross-functional and cross-departmental meetings as required
  • Build and maintain long term relationships and enhance rapport with customers and partners to enable the successful adoption of Coradiant product offerings
  • Maintain a highly complex and technical understanding of all key Coradiant product offerings in addition to at least a working knowledge of all extended product offerings
  • Apply and contribute to the standard SOW and Services Engagement library with high quality services engagement plans, training materials, and collateral that results in exceptional customer satisfaction, high staff utilization, and gross margins
  • Travel: 70%+ (domestic & international)

 

Requirements:

 

  • A minimum of 5 years working in various technical facets of web enabled businesses and industry experience
  • Experience in the delivery of complex technical and sales oriented presentations to large size groups
  • Ability to diagram and explain complex, highly available multi-tiered network topologies and application architectures
  • Posses a passionate, innovation, can do attitude with a demonstrated ability to define requirements and deliver results exceeding those requirements
  • Deep understanding of web reporting including business intelligence reporting and/or analytics reporting
  • A board strong understanding of web technology stacks from Ethernet and IP datagrams to TCP sessions, HTTP transactions, database queries, and application classes & methods
  • Experience in enterprise and public data centers working with firewalls, load-balancers, switches, routers, reverse proxy caches, traffic shapers, and network sniffing/tapping gear
  • Strong understanding of performance and architecture of mission-critical, multi-tiered web applications such as those utilizing Java and/or .NET such as environments running WebSphere, WebLogic, Catalina, Microsoft IIS, ATG Dynamo, or Oracle 8i
  • A working knowledge of network monitoring and enterprise management platforms with special emphasis on integration and execution techniques in a Java and/or .Net application environment in Linux/Unix and Enterprise Windows deployments
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal agility, fluent written communications, and presentation/demonstration skills

Director, Channel Sales (Boston or Orange County)

 

 

We are committed to growing our revenues and seeking a candidate that can immediately contribute to the growth and success of the channel sales within North America. The successful individual will work with senior management to strategically grow and develop our channel relationships. This will include building and prospecting relationships with new and existing VAR partners and developing partner programs to champion Coradiant’s value proposition with the primary goal of leveraging relationships to generate net new partner initiated opportunities and revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop Coradiant channel strategy in conjunction with goals of senior management.
  • Build comprehensive partner program and strategy.
  • Frequently meet with partners to increase net new revenue opportunities
  • Engage Coradiant Sales team in side by side prospecting sessions with partner sales teams.
  • Work with regional sales teams to identify and recruit new resale partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage day-to-day relations with existing partner Sales and Engineering executive contacts
  • Act as a liaison to foster and manage relationships between partners and Coradiant sales teams

Requirements:

 

  • The Channel Sales Director will be an energetic and self-motivated individual who desires and excels working in an autonomous environment.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the technology field; at least in channel management.

  • This individual must be comfortable with 50% travel

Sales Engineer (London)

 

Scope:

 

The Sales Engineer will support our sales team in promoting and demonstrating our products while assisting customers and partners in their evaluation and purchasing process. The Sales Engineer will also establish technical credibility with customers, evangelize and promote our products and provide excellent customer service by furnishing pre-sales support.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Introduce Coradiant products as they apply to the customer’s unique needs by demonstrating the technical and business benefits.
  • Work closely with our sales team and Coradiant customers to understand solution requirements, current technical environment, key business issues, and future technology requirements.
  • Assist Sales Executives by providing technical sales support including conducting requirements analysis and proof of concept engagements.
  • Travel to customer sites to assist sales executives by delivering technical and sales oriented presentations to technical staff and senior management.
  • Mentor partner Engineers and develop their abilities to successfully present and install Coradiant products.
  • Regional travel is required.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Software presales and industry experience is a must.
  • Experience in the delivery of complex technical and sales oriented presentations.

Account Executive (New York, Orange County)

 

Scope:

 

The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling our award-winning Web Application Performance Monitoring products to targeted prospects. This position will execute sales plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objectives and provide accurate and timely forecasts. Other responsibilities include new business development by building and cultivating business relationships within a geographical territory, and working with channel to increase Coradiant sales and awareness within the VAR channel community.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify, qualify and close prospects within assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical decision makers and influencers in your account base.
  • Develop territory sales strategies while leveraging multiple team resources including sales engineers, marketing and customer support.

Systems Administrator (Palo Alto)

 

Scope:

 

Reporting to Coradiant's IT Manager, you will be responsible for front line support of IT related infrastructure service and infrastructure application areas. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user: desktops/laptops, antivirus, DNS/DHCP, hardware, network connectivity, Office applications, mobile devices and telephony. Responsibilities will also extend to assisting with: corporate lab environments, basic server administration, hardware/software purchasing, vendor/partner support calls, HVAC and power distribution, and other similar functions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide front line IT support services at a strong intermediate level to both local and remote end-users
  • Install, configure, and maintain domain-based Windows desktops and laptops
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user applications and devices (MS Office, web browsers, Blackberry or iPhone devices, desk phones etc…)
  • Perform basic Windows server management tasks (log analysis, general upkeep and maintenance of operating system and hardware, patch/update management etc…)
  • Support end-users in TCP/IP, Ethernet, and 802.11 wireless environments
  • Use APC UPS and PDU equipment as needed
  • Identify and report environmental challenges (e.g. heating/ventilation/air conditioning problems, building power issues, water damage or exposure, telecom provider issues)

 

Requirements:

 

  • College or University degree is preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of IT experience supporting users in a technical environment – you have industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, or other vendors; or
  • 3 to 5 years of IT experience supporting users in a technical environment – you do not have any related education or industry certifications
  • You have the ability to work independently as the only department representative on site at your location. Remote guidance and team escalation points will be available, but you must be able to hold the fort and represent your team in a professional manner.
  • You must be able to travel within North America for up to one week at a time and as often as four times a year, or, for one or two days at a time and as often as once a month (likely to the San Diego area, but this may occasionally extend to other locations). The terms of this requirement are flexible.
  • You must be proactive in identifying, reporting, and troubleshooting problems.
  • You must be very friendly, and extremely responsive to end-user needs.
  • You must read, write, and speak English fluently.

IT Support Analyst (Montréal)

 

Scope of Position:

 

Reporting to our IT Manager, you will be a key technical resource within Coradiant’s IS/IT department. You will maintain Coradiant’s servers and network applications, and provide front line support for internal user requests and issues. You will also work on challenging projects implementing new technologies and services along with the growing company needs. The position requires a motivated and proactive professional with strong technical knowledge and a customer service orientation.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform ongoing system administration of Windows servers and network services;
  • Lead company-wide desktop OS and software deployments, such as Windows 7 and Office 2010;
  • Manage tape backups and SAN storage;
  • Maintain end-user desktops, laptops, and smart phones;
  • Provide front line support for user requests and issues;
  • Provide after hours support as needed

 

Requirements:

 

  • 6+ years experience in Windows Server administration in a corporate or enterprise environment. These services include: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server, SharePoint (MOSS), IIS, SQL Server;
