Coradiant's TrueSight™ TS-1100 Real-User Monitor Named a Finalist in the Best of Interop Awards for NetWorld+Interop 2005 Las Vegas
CMP Media LLC's, Network Computing and Network Magazine Name Coradiant as a Finalist in the Performance Category
Waltham, Mass., April 29, 2005 – Coradiant, Inc.™ , a leader in real-time session monitoring equipment for data center applications, today announced its TrueSight TS-100 Real-User Monitor was named a finalist in the Performance category of the Best of Interop Awards competition by CMP Media's Network Computing and Network Magazine. TrueSight TS-1100 will be demonstrated for the first time next week at NetWorld+Interop in the Coradiant booth (#449-07) at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas.
Coradiant's TrueSight TS-1100 Real-User Monitor builds upon the company's award-winning TrueSight Platform, providing unprecedented diagnostic drill-down incident-management capabilities and service-level reporting in one transparent, easy-to-install platform that requires no changes to software, networks, or content. TrueSight TS-1100 goes beyond synthetic sampling to deliver real-user service-level management in a much less expensive, turnkey platform, dramatically improving long-term data center performance, traffic and availability monitoring while enabling organizations to uncover, diagnose, repair and report even transient problems in mission-critical Web systems.
"We are pleased that the Best of Interop judging panel has recognized our TrueSight TS-1100 Real-User Monitor as a finalist, while spotlighting this important new performance-monitoring and diagnostics product category," said Michael Chuli, president and chief executive officer of Coradiant. "Real-user monitoring is becoming an increasingly important weapon in the IT infrastructure-management arsenal, and this recognition underscores the growing appeal of a non-invasive, easy-to-install and economical platform for continuously monitoring Web applications, identifying disruptive problems as they occur, and then troubleshooting and fixing them in minutes rather than days or weeks."
The editors of CMP Media's Network Computing and Network Magazine, two of CMP Media's premier information technology publications, review over 150 submissions, evaluating new products. Finalists were then selected in nine categories. Coradiant's TrueSight TS-100 was named a finalist in the Performance category. The Best of Interop Awards are designed to help IT and network managers shorten the evaluation process in assessing new technology products. By identifying innovative products debuted at NetWorld+Interop, the Best of Interop Awards assist in the quest for creative solutions.
"When selecting finalists for the Best of Interop Awards, we're looking for products that stand out from the competition by providing a unique solution to a problem or one that blazes new territory in the networking arena," explained Ron Anderson, lab director for Network Computing and head of the joint editorial judging for the Best of Interop Awards.
Winners of the Best of Interop at NetWorld+Interop 2005 Las Vegas will be selected at the show and announced at an awards ceremony on Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
