TrueSight 3.0 Real-User Monitoring Operating System Gives Web Operations Teams Greater Ability to See and Fix Web Application Errors

SAN DIEGO, June 27, 2006 – Coradiant, Inc., ™ the leader in real-user monitoring equipment, released its third-generation TrueSight™ Real-User Monitoring operating system. Release 3.0 lets organizations drill down faster into the root cause of web errors.
TrueSight Release 3.0 provides increased alerting and reporting options and sophisticated integration of real-user monitoring (RUM) technology with complementary tools. It also further enhances Coradiant's support of Web applications, especially those built with rich clients such as AJAX, Flash or Web services.

TrueSight Release 3.0 includes Content Extraction functions that collects HTML, XML, or Web services content and identifies meaningful data such as specific error codes, dollar values of transactions, or XML messages from an AJAX client.
TrueSight Release 3.0 delivers new APIs. These provide the ability to transport summary and individual user activity to data warehouses, and the ability to stream hits identified by Coradiant's unique Watchpoint™ grammar - such as login activity or specific searches - to business and operations dashboards in real time. TrueSight's raw transcript data is available for archival purposes or to load real-user data into third-party tools.
Other key TrueSight Release 3.0 features include immediate error-detection alerts and scheduled reports.

The TrueSight 3.0 operating system is available immediately across the TrueSight family, including the TS-1100, TS-520 and TS-300. Release 3.0 is available at no cost to Coradiant service plan customers.
