Ensuring system compatibility, seamless installation and data sharing, and providing added customer value are important ingredients for our technology partnerships.
Application Partners Application Partners are web application software vendors who place a high priority on delivered service levels. These application vendors typically recommend Coradiant products serve as a key piece of infrastructure equipment in order to ensure users of their product receive a high quality experience.
Channel Partners Coradiant products are typically purchased and used by IT Management. Channel partners, such as Value Added Resellers, provide an additional channel for selling Coradiant branded products. Channel partners can also provide services, such as delivering integration, training or consulting. They can also directly use Coradiant's products to deliver valuable web application performance assessments, change impact audits and service level management assessments.
Platform Partners Many companies can support the outsourcing of another company's entire eCommerce or online marketing operations. Rather than simply treat companies that provide such outsourced support as customers, Coradiant instead treats them as Platform Partners. By partnering, we are able to provide additional services which help our Platform Partners deliver higher value.
